Custom Smart Door Frames & Profiles
The frame is part of the design, not just something around the door. Square architectural profiles and softly radiused outer forms can create completely different character while supporting the same integrated Smart Door idea.
Square, radiused, flush or project-specific.
A rectilinear frame gives a sharper architectural outline. A rounded or radiused outer profile softens the object and makes it feel closer to high-end furniture. Flush or concealed relationships may require a different sub-frame and wall build-up again.
The frame also carries technical work
On a Smart Door, the frame may need to accommodate hinges or pivots, locks, sensors, wiring paths, seals, service access and alignment tolerances. The visual profile therefore has to be designed together with the technical package.
