Oversized Pivot Doors
Large pivot doors can create a strong entrance while distributing movement differently from a conventional side-hung door. Size, weight, floor structure and hardware are central to the design.

This page is connected to the wider Doors Dublin door range; the image is a visual reference from an existing Doors Dublin collection rather than a fixed specification for every project.

Oversized Pivot Doors — practical planning
Pivot hardware can allow proportions that would be difficult with ordinary hinges, but the door leaf, pivot position and clear opening need to be considered together.
Heavy or oversized leaves affect handling, closing control, thresholds and installation access. Glazing, metal skins, timber finishes and long pull handles can be coordinated as part of one specification.
Doors Dublin can help turn an architectural concept into a practical door brief before manufacture and fitting.
