Office meeting-room doors
A meeting room may benefit from glazing for borrowed light, while conversations still need appropriate privacy. Frosted sections, solid doors and suitable seals can change the balance.
Office meeting-room doorsThis doorset diagram supports office meeting-room doors by showing the door, frame and hardware as connected parts of one opening.
Privacy, light and acoustics pull in different directions
Before choosing the door, consider what people should see, what they should hear, and how the room connects to the corridor. Hardware should also suit frequent office use.
What to look at
Start with the opening, the condition of the existing door and frame, the way the space is used, and the finish you want to achieve. These details usually narrow the practical options quickly.
